Non return of competition score cards
Not returning a score card has an effect on the players handicap record and the inconvenience of accounting for missing score cards when finalising the result of a competition.
Under the Rules of Golf and the World Handicap System, all competitors MUST return their score cards, whether complete or not, promptly to the
organiser at the end of their round.
The Handicap Committee is obliged to take action if a player repeatedly fails to comply with the requirements of the WHS.
